These training sessions are designed with half marathoners and marathoners in mind, and accommodate runners of varying abilities. The workouts are geared specifically to participants’ training needs and goal races. For the most part, everyone does the same workout, but at a speed and intensity that reflects their individual ability.

The Tuesday night sessions take place throughout the year, although the training program reflects two major cycles during the year: one starting in January, to build towards Race Weekend (and other spring events) and one starting in July, to prepare for fall races. Feel free to join us at any time to sample these workouts or, better still, consider making a commitment to one of the training cycles if improving your race times is one of your training goals.
